SHIPPING POLICY

At Mike Ito Photography, we are committed to delivering your purchases in a timely, secure, and efficient manner. Please review the following policy carefully, as it outlines important details regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.


1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping

We offer several shipping options for domestic deliveries within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days): $8
    • Ideal for non-urgent deliveries, arriving within 5-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping (3 Business Days): $25
    • For faster delivery, orders arrive within 3 business days.
    • Note: Express orders placed after 12 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping

For customers outside the U.S., we provide the following shipping options:

  • International Standard (2-4 Weeks): $25

    • Arrival time may vary based on destination country and customs processing.
  • International Express (1-2 Weeks): $39

    • Expedited international shipping for quicker delivery.

    Customs Fees and Import Duties:
    Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

3. SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Shipping restrictions may apply due to national and international regulations, including TSA (Transportation Security Administration) rules regarding air transportation. Certain items may require alternative shipping methods.
  • Some locations may incur additional charges or be excluded from express shipping options.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is submitted, it enters the processing queue and cannot be canceled or modified. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at mikeitophoto@gmail.com.


5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Return Process: Please email us at mikeitophoto@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, detailed instructions will be provided.

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED ORDERS

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Mike Ito Photography is not responsible for lost or damaged products once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. We advise you to inspect the package upon arrival. If any damage occurs, please reach out to us at mikeitophoto@gmail.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • You may be required to provide photos of the damage and keep the original packaging for inspection.

Delayed Orders

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, shipping provider delays are outside of our control. We recommend checking with the shipping carrier for real-time updates on your delivery.
  • Processing Delays: If your order is delayed during the processing stage, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct. We will not be held liable for deliveries delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


8. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at mikeitophoto@gmail.com.
