Approval and Instructions: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the print.

Return the Print: Ship the print back to us in its original packaging. Ensure the print is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.

Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the returned print, we will inspect it to confirm the damage or flaw. If the claim is validated, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
